I prefer to discover the pain points and breakthrough points by personally experiencing the problems raised by users.
I am good at locating specific pain points scientifically by personally experiencing or observing users' problems. Then search for existing technologies, structures, etc. in existing related product fields. Based on the relevant information explored above, combined with user pain points, tentative changes are made to the structure, and an interaction method suitable for the target user is proposed. Costs are controlled as much as possible. I think the industrial design is an exciting industry. Every time I come into contact with a new project, I can understand a new field. There are still many problems in life that I should solve, which is why I want to become an industrial designer.
